Currently, we do not offer part-time support. Our experience shows that tasks estimated at 20-25 hours often extend to full-time engagement. Our Tetris Engineers deliver exceptional value, often exceeding typical expectations due to our full-time commitment model. By fully engaging with your Tetris Talent, you'll experience significant benefits and enhanced productivity.
What are your pricing models?
We offer two primary pricing structures: Embedded Hiring and Direct Hire. Embedded Hiring starts at $3,000 per month, covering full-time placements along with payroll, benefits, and compliance. Direct Hire involves a one-time fee of 30% of the candidate’s first-year salary.
